I have an existing data use agreement but am changing institutions. Can I still access the data?

Once you have left the institution that signed your original Data Use Agreement, you and your research staff will no longer be authorized to access restricted data under the terms of the agreement. Instead, you must terminate the existing agreement and re-apply for access from your new institution.
