The purpose of this study was to obtain a sample of people with disabilities and health conditions across 10 Canadian provinces and their views on government response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The study was administered in two waves through Qualtrics, an online survey tool.

Non-probability online quota-based survey.

Longitudinal

To qualify for the survey, respondents had to: (1.) be 18 years or older; (2.) currently reside in a Canadian province; and (3.) indicate that they either (a.) experienced difficulties related to one of the six listed disabilities at least some of the time or (b.) experienced one of the nine listed underlying health conditions.

Individual

The survey includes six sets of questions covering disability and chronic health conditions; demographics; COVID-19 responses; income, employment, housing, and economic security; education; and views of government responses to COVID-19.
