Upcoming Webinar Featuring The National Poll on Healthy Aging!
Using National Poll on Healthy Aging Data
Zoom Webinar - Wednesday, May 31, 2023 - 2-3pm ET
Since its launch in 2017, the University of Michigan National Poll on Healthy Aging (NPHA) has fielded surveys two times per year to a national sample of over 2,000 adults age 50-80 living in the U.S. Directed by the U-M Institute for Healthcare Policy and Innovation and sponsored by AARP and Michigan Medicine, the NPHA is a reputable source of timely information related to the behaviors, attitudes, and perspectives of older adults on a wide range of important health and health care issues.
During this virtual seminar, NPHA data lead Matthias Kirch will provide an overview of the NPHA, share examples of how poll data have been used, and offer tips and answer questions about accessing and using NPHA data. Matthias will specifically highlight the data available in NPHA Wave 8 which will be released through the National Archive of Computerized Data on Aging (NACDA)’s Open Aging Repository just prior to the seminar.
