CBII FAQs | I am changing institutions. Can I continue working on my CBII data project at my new institution?
Yes, but first, you have to notify ICPSR of a change in institutional affiliation. Notification must be in writing and must be received by ICPSR prior to your last day of employment.
If you are a Principal Investigator on the project, your separation from the original institution terminates the existing RDUA. You will need to reapply for access to CBII data as an employee of the new institution. Your new application must be approved by ICPSR before you and your team at the new institution can resume working with the data in the VDE.
