Registration for the 2023 ICPSR Summer Program will open in early February 2023.
Registration Fees
ICPSR is a consortium whose members include hundreds of universities, foundations, government institutions, nonprofits, and more.
If you are a current student, faculty, staff, or researcher at an ICPSR member institution, you qualify for the discounted registration fee for participants from ICPSR member institutions (listed in the table below).

We project the following registration fees for 2023. We will post final pricing, including additional discounts, in February 2023 when registration opens.

Discounts
Three-Week Session Early Payment Discount
Participants who pay their three-week session registration fee in full before May 1 save hundreds of dollars! (See table above)
Discount for Returning ICPSR Summer Program Participants
If you took an ICPSR Summer Program course in a previous year, you receive a 15% discount on your registration fee in this year's ICPSR Summer Program.
Three-Week Sessions
Participants may withdraw from a three-week session and receive a full refund if they do so before the first day of the session (June 19, 2023 for the First Session, and July 17, 2023 for the Second Session).
Participants who withdraw on the first or second day of a session will be subject to a 20% late withdrawal fee.
There will be no refunds for withdrawal after the second day of each session.
Short Workshop
Participants may withdraw from a short workshop and receive a full refund if they do so at least one month prior to the first day of the workshop.
Participants who withdraw less than one month prior to the first day of a workshop will be subject to a 20% late withdrawal fee.
There will be no refunds for withdrawal on or after the first day of a short workshop.
