Registration for the 2027 Biennial Meeting is not yet available. The below information is provided for reference.

Prior to registration, please review the schedule and program content found on the Program & Workshops page. As part of the registration process, you will be asked about registration for workshops, the airport shuttle bus, and your intent to attend various events (dinner, receptions) as we strive to provide adequate seating and catering.

Sample Arrival & Registration Desk Information

Day 1

After arriving in Ann Arbor, attendees may pick up their registration packets on Day 1 at the registration desk at the Michigan League (911 N University Ave, Ann Arbor, MI 48109). Registration typically closes at 4:00 p.m.

Day 2 and Day 3

For the remainder of the meeting, the registration desk located at the Michigan Union (530 S State St, Ann Arbor, MI 48109) and is typically open:

  • 8:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. on Day 2
  • 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. on Day 3

Special Room Block Rates – Book by August 17, 2027

  • Bell Tower Hotel (on campus), 800-562-3559, 300 South Thayer: A block of 10 rooms (Standard Double or Standard Queen) is available at a conference rate of $229 per night. Parking is $30 per day/per vehicle. Book online (link TBD) or call and mention the ICPSR Biennial Meeting by August 17, 2027, to receive this special rate.
  • Hyatt Place Ann Arbor (2.4 miles from ICPSR HQ), 734-995-1234, 3223 S. State St: A block of 10 rooms (King bed with sofa bed) is available September 14-16, 2027, at a conference rate of $149 per night. A block of 5 rooms (King bed with sofa bed) is available September 17-18, 2027, at a rate of $199 per night for participants who want to stay for the U-M vs. EMU football game on September 18, 2027. Check with the front desk regarding the availability of the hotel shuttle between 7:30 am and 9 pm (within a 3-mile radius; not available on Football Saturdays). Includes a complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi. Call and mention the ICPSR Biennial Meeting by August 17, 2027, to receive this special rate.

Please note that attendees are responsible for the entire cost of their hotel stay and transportation to/from Biennial Meeting events.
