Thanks for another great summer of quantitative methods training!
The ICPSR Summer Program has undergone a lot of changes in the past few years, and 2022 was no different. It was our first ever hybrid program; most of our short workshops ended up online, and all of our 4-week workshops were in-person and online. We're thankful to everyone who joined us for another summer of training in statistics and data analysis!
We also say goodbye to our interim director, Michael Traugott. He oversaw the shift to a fully online program, and instituted a number of changes to the program, including opening applications for teaching assistants to anyone, expanding and diversifying the instructional staff. Our sincere and endless thanks to Mike for the work and guidance he provided over the past 3 programs.
Our new director, Rob Franzese, is a long-time instructor in the program, and he is proud to continue growing and maintaining the Summer Program's curriculum and networks. Planning for the 2023 ICPSR Summer Program will start very shortly! We hope to see you next summer, and we're looking forward to helping you start (or continue!) your journey in quantitative methods and data analysis.
