Large Language Models for the Modern Social Scientist

In this workshop, I will provide a brief overview of the landscape of Large Language Models (LLM): how they work, what they are capable of (and what they are not), which tools are available, and how we can incorporate them into social science workflows. This workshop does not require any previous knowledge and will focus on practical aspects using LLMs as research assistants.
