- Research Focus: Intersects across Population Aging, quantitative methodology, and public health
- He has worked with the University of Maryland College Park and with the Population Council. At the University of Maryland, he was involved in the design and implementation of a unique longitudinal database in the Global South- the India Human Development Survey (IHDS), which is the only nationally representative longitudinal survey on social, health and development indicators.
- Currently working on: New measures to population aging using longitudinal biomarker data.
- Most recent study: Pace of Aging analysis of healthspan and lifespan in older adults in the US and UK. Nature Aging (May, 2025).
