A variable is listed in the codebook, but I can't find it in the data file. Does CFData have access to the missing variable?

If a variable is listed in the codebook from the data producer (which can often be identified by “PI” or “data producer” in the file name) but is not found in the dataset, this variable was not shared with CFData by the data producer (e.g., due to disclosure risk concerns, an administrative variable was not considered useful for secondary data analyses, etc.).
