Major Responsibilities

Johanna Davidson Bleckman is a Senior Data Project Manager at the Inter-university Consortium for Political and Social Research (ICPSR) at the University of Michigan, responsible for managing ICPSR's policies, procedures, and legal and technical systems that support restricted data dissemination. Additionally, she currently manages ICPSR’s Researcher Passport project, funded by the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation. Ms. Davidson Bleckman joined ICPSR in February 2007 as a data curator with the National Archive of Criminal Justice Data, and formerly managed ICPSR’s Education and Child Care data archiving and dissemination projects. She holds a B.A. in philosophy from Carlow University and an M.S.W. in social policy and evaluation from the University of Michigan.
