NSF's "Building Capacity in STEM Education Research" grant proposal applications, due Friday, February 24, 2023

We welcome you to the final stretch of the National Science Foundation's "Building Capacity in STEM Education Research" grant proposal applications, due Friday, February 24, 2023 (the fourth Friday in February, annually thereafter).

A quick refresher, in the fall of 2022, the National Science Foundation (NSF) and Partnership for Expanding Education Research in STEM (PEERS) Data Hub joined efforts to support education and data science researchers to extend their scholarship by hosting a virtual workshop series.

We hosted two workshops designed to help prepare participants for submissions to the ECR: BCSER program solicitation NSF 22-548.

During session one, attendees heard from NSF staff members about the expectations of the NSF 22-548 solicitation and the September 26, 2022 Dear Colleague Letter, how to apply, and tips to better ensure a successful proposal. Session two provided interactive resources and allowed researchers to connect and begin collaborations.
