Explore NCAA Men's and Women's Academic Progress and Graduation Rates
Curious to know who would win the Men's and Women's NCAA Basketball Championship if it were based on academic progress or graduation rates? The NCAA Student-Athlete Experiences Data Archive makes available two major team-level studies: the Academic Progress Rate (APR) data, and the Graduation Success Rate (GSR)/Academic Success Rate (ASR) data. Both of these are publicly available and free to download at our archive. If the APR raw scores are any indication of tournament success, it looks like a great week ahead for Villanova and Syracuse.
