During the webinar, Liam Sweeney, a Senior Analyst at Ithaka S+R, will share key findings from three important surveys: the Art Museum Staff Demographic Survey, the Art Museum Black Trustee Survey, and the Art Museum Director Survey. These surveys offer a comprehensive look at the state of art museums today, examining topics such as staff diversity, museum governance, and leadership challenges. The presentation will explore how art museums have navigated significant challenges over the past two years, including the impact of the global pandemic and social and environmental transformations, and continue to adapt in response to these changing circumstances.
Whether you are a museum professional, researcher, or enthusiast, this webinar offers an invaluable opportunity to delve into the latest research on art museum staff and governance and explore avenues for further investigation. We encourage you to join us and participate in this enlightening discussion!
