A.J. Million

Director, Research Investigator

A.J. Million is the Director of the National Archive of Criminal Justice Data and a Research Investigator at ICPSR. He has a Ph.D. in Information Science and Learning Technologies from the University of Missouri. For information about A.J.’s background, please visit his faculty page.

Justin Noble

Senior Data Project Manager

Justin Noble manages the data archiving services for the Bureau of Justice Statistics project at NACJD. Justin has a Masters Degree in Criminal Justice from Michigan State University and has worked at ICPSR since 2007.

Chelsea Samples-Steele

Data Project Manager

Chelsea Samples-Steele manages the NIJ and OJJDP projects for NACJD, including coordinating data deposits with prospective depositors and managing user support and outreach activities. Chelsea has a Masters Degree in Psychology from Villanova University and has worked at ICPSR since 2016.

Alexandra Eastman

Data Project Assistant

Alexandra Eastman is responsible for managing NACJD's restricted data applications and user support inquiries, as well as providing support for all other aspects of the project. Alexandra graduated from the University of Michigan in 2018 with a bachelor's degree in Biopsychology, Cognition and Neuroscience.
