Jukka Savolainen has served as the director of the National Archive of Criminal Justice Data since 2015. He is a Research Professor at ICPSR and a faculty affiliate of the Population Studies Center, Institute for Social Research, University of Michigan. Project Manager for Data Services

Justin Noble manages data processing tasks for the NACJD project, which covers both federal statistical series and data from investigator-initiated studies. Justin has a Masters Degree in Criminal Justice from Michigan State University and has worked at ICPSR since 2007.

Project Manager for User Experience

Chelsea Samples-Steele manages the external relations and user support areas of the NACJD project, with an emphasis on user experience and usability of NACJD products and services. Chelsea has a Masters Degree in Psychology from Villanova University and has worked at ICPSR since 2016.

Research Technician for User Experience

Nathan Kujacznski is responsible for external relations, user experience, and the usability of NACJD products and services, with a special emphasis on processing applications for restricted data. Nathan graduated from Michigan State University in 2017.
