Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Lifetime (Primary Caregiver)


The Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (Lifetime) instrument was adapted from the Anxiety module of the Diagnostic Interview Schedule for Children (DISC 4). It obtained information regarding the subject's anxiety or stress in relation to traumatic events that may have occurred in the subject's lifetime.

WAVE 2: The primary caregiver version of the Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (Lifetime Section) instrument (PDF 2.7MG) was administered to subjects' primary caregivers for Cohorts 6 and 9.
