This research is designed to examine structural effects of institutional prestige on individual hiring within the political science academy. The data here has been generated for first- and second-phase publications that will run from December 2012 to August 2013. Data from the third phase will include individual merit and a comprehensive survey that will be added in late 2013/early 2014.
