Continuous NSFG, 2011-2013:

The National Survey of Family Growth (NSFG) is conducted by the National Center for Health Statistics (NCHS), with the participation and funding support of 9 other programs of the US Department of Health and Human Services. The data in this codebook are from interviews conducted between September 2011 and September 2013.  Interviewing is ongoing and data from interviews conducted between September 2013 and September 2015 will be included in the next release.  Further details on how the survey was planned and conducted, reports of the findings from the survey, and contact information to obtain the public use data files, are available at the NSFG web site (or click on "NSFG Home" below).
