The following are updates from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health
Data Archive (SAMHDA):
New:
2006 National Survey of Substance Abuse Treatment Services (N-SSATS)
released:
The data and documentation files for the 2006 N-SSATS study have been
released and are now available for download and online analysis.

Holiday access to SAMHDA:
There may be intermittent unavailability of our Web site on December
24th due to Web server testing. While not anticipated at this time,
additional testing may occur on December 26, 27, and 28. Also, we will
respond to user support inquiries received after December 21st upon our
return from holiday break on January 2nd.
Ongoing:
We appreciate the appropriate citation for analyses using data obtained
from SAMHDA. Each SAMHDA study description and codebook includes a
suggested bibliographic citation for the data. For more information on

We welcome the submission of citations for publications based on our
data holdings for our online citations database. Use the Web form on the
following page for submitting citations:

book chapters, etc. that are not yet published and we will track and add
them to the database once they are published. To access the citations
database, select the "related literature" link for a given study or
series.
