[SAMHDA] 2004 NSDUH now available

The 2004 National Survey on Drug Use and Health (NSDUH) files are now 
available from FastTrack at the following link: 
http://www.icpsr.umich.edu/SAMHDA/fasttrack.html. 
Click on "FastTrack" and then on the folder
National_Survey_on_Drug_Use_and_Health.
 
Studies on FastTrack are public use files that have not yet been fully 
processed by our staff. This system provides quick access to the study 
while the files undergo full processing. A notice will be sent to the 
listserv as soon as the fully processed files are available.
 
The NSDUH files on FastTrack include the data file in the following 
formats:  SAS transport (XPORT) file, SPSS portable file, and Stata
system file. 
The codebook is in a zip file containing several Word documents. 
The readme text file specifies the contents of each file.
 
The 2004 NSDUH questionnaire and showcards are available from OAS/SAMHSA
