[SAMHDA] 2003 NSDUH now available

The 2003 National Survey on Drug Use and Health (NSDUH) files are now 
available from FastTrack at the following link: 
http://www.icpsr.umich.edu/SAMHDA/fasttrack.html. Click on "FastTrack" and 
then on the folders for the NSDUH and 2003.

Studies on FastTrack are public use files that have not yet been fully 
processed by our staff. This system provides quick access to the study 
while the files undergo full processing. A notice will be sent to the 
listserv as soon as the fully processed files are available.

The NSDUH files on FastTrack include the data file in the following 
formats:  SAS system and SPSS portable. The codebook is in a zip file 
containing several Word documents. The readme text file specifies the 
contents of each file.
