[SAMHDA] 2003 N-SSATS, NSDUH Quick Tables released

The following are updates from SAMHDA:

New or updated files

The archival version of the 2003 National Survey of Substance Abuse 
Treatment Services (N-SSATS) has been released. The online analysis version 
of the file will be released today or Monday. Access all N-SSATS files from 
http://webapp.icpsr.umich.edu/cocoon/SAMHDA-SERIES/00058.xml.

Upcoming

We expect to release the 2003 Monitoring the Future (MTF) files next week.

Announcements

New Quick Tables have been added to SAMHDA for the 2002 National Survey on 
Drug Use and Health (NSDUH). Quick Tables allow users to select variables 
from drop down menus and produce analytic tables that include a brief 
explanation of the results. To access the NSDUH Quick Tables, select "Quick 
Tables" from the following page: 
http://webapp.icpsr.umich.edu/cocoon/SAMHDA-SERIES/00064.xml.

The "MyData" user registration system has been launched on the SAMHDA Web 
site. SAMHDA users may continue to log-in and download files anonymously or 
register and log-in using MyData. Please contact us with any questions you 
may have regarding the MyData system.

Ongoing

We appreciate the appropriate citation for analyses using data obtained 
from SAMHDA. Each SAMHDA study description and codebook includes a 
suggested bibliographic citation for the data. For more information on 
appropriately citing electronic data files, see 
http://www.icpsr.umich.edu/org/citation.html.

We welcome the submission of citations for publications based on our data 
holdings for our online citations database. Use the Web form on the 
following page for submitting citations: 
http://www.icpsr.umich.edu/SAMHDA/ref-form.html. You may submit papers, 
book chapters, etc. that are not yet published and we will track and add 
them to the database once they are published. To access the citations 
database, select the "related literature" link for a given study or series.
