[SAMHDA] 2002 NHSDH, 1997-2000 TEDS Updates

The following archival and online data analysis system (DAS) files have 
been updated:

* A minor change has been made to the 2002 National Survey on Drug Use and 
Health (NSDUH). The updated file corrects a coding error in the variable 
NRCH17_2, which is a recode of the number of the respondents' children 
under 18 years old living in the household. See the following page for 
access to all NSDUH files:

* The 1997-2000 Treatment Episode Data Set (TEDS) files have been updated 
with data from new extracts. For all TEDS files, see 
http://webapp.icpsr.umich.edu/cocoon/SAMHDA-SERIES/00056.xml.

For archival files, changes are documented in the "version history" section 
of the study description (abstract). For DAS files, changes are documented 
in the "change history" link of the codebook sections. If there have been 
no changes to the file since its initial release, these fields do not appear.
