[DDI-SRG] Bug 204 resolved but not in 3.1 schema?

Was just looking at the 3.1 schema and I don't see the fix for bug 204
though it marked as resolved

This is the one that has to do with grouping where we have duplicate
element names like g:Group/g:LogicalProduct/l:LogicalProduct
The resolution is to change the higher level element name to its plural form
Note that I'm using a 3.1 scheme sent out by Achim a little while ago,
not sure if this is the latest one
