[DDI-SRG] Correspondence Commonality/Difference in Comparative?

Wendy and all:
is there a particular reason the CorrespondenceType in the Comparative
module requires _*both*_ the Commonality and Difference elements? This
seem a bit cumbersome, I would think either should be sufficient (with
the option to use both).
