hmmm, good one. My concern is that some Label do not allow structure
(variables for example). Having a flag is an interesting option (I
assume default to false) but I'm not sure this is enough, some
people/application will likely ignore this. Do we have a list of the
Label elements and which ones need to be structured on unstructured?
