[DDI-SRG] today's meeting results and next week assignment

Please read the two documents linked to BUG 241 in Mantis (these were sent 
out on the list a few weeks ago but are easier to find here) 
ConceptNameEtc.doc and identifiedelements.xls

The following bugs were resolved and will be entered in Mantis by the end 
of today:
251, 218, 247, 246, 245, and 223

240 has been put on hold. It is not a bug but can be confusing. A bug will 
be added (linked to this) to review application of naming convetion. A 
related bug will be added for a review of naming consistancy of Code 
Types.

225 has been approved in principle but we are checking with Herve 
regarding 
the amount of structural information needed to make this operational.

Note that we have the following inventory of bugs to reveiw next week. 
This is our tentative cut off date in order to complete and validate a 
revised set of schemas for a vote.

Representation: 235, 207
Control Construct: 208, 203
Data Formats: 152
PhysInstance Statistics: 228, 227, 222, 209
Archive Info and Depository management: 252 (more information will be sent 
out on this

We also have 3 items that have been tentatively resolved pending J's 
approval: 248, 119, 122

Keep and eye out for materials relating to the outstanding bugs over the 
next week.
