We need to check with you onthe requirements for Name, Label, and
Description requirements for element Instrument. Here are our current
definition. Please note that Name in AbstractIdentifiable is being changed
to UserID as defined below. We are making sure all identifiables that
require a Name, Label, or Description have them.
Here are the current definitions:
Name: Identifier within a specific context that is intended to be human
understandable. (Used for sharable resources)
Label: A short human readable text for the purposes of display. This is
not a definition.
Description: This is a definition or a longer descriptive text.
UserID: An identifer that is locally unique within its specifc type.
type="xs:string" @type="xs:string" required points to the local user
identification system that defines the values. repeatable If multiple
UserIDs are must be used to differentiated by the type attribute
