Also, to be more precise, physicaldataproduct_proprietary would be listed
as an xs:scheme in instance and group as well as imported in instance once
it moves out of Beta. Note that physicaldataproduct_ncube_inline is
treated in this way. Both of these are substitutions for
p:BaseRecordLayout
