[DDI-SRG] Bug 204 resolved but not in 3.1 schema?

Pascal,
Here is the note from the change document (please understand that I have
not had the time to go through and edit/close bugs in Mantis).
Bug 204: Makes no sense - there is no duplicate-named groupng element
currently. Clarify. No change made.
As I recall there was some discussion after the updates were made
regarding this. Some of it was around the fact that these were not always
purals but provided a local name that allows 0..n (or in the case of
comparison 0..1) choices of an inline or referenced module. While in the
case of an inline, this can result in duplication
(Group/StudyUnit/s:StudyUnit), in the case of a reference this is the only
place (other than the URN syntax) where the content of the reference is
declared.
