Here are my two cents:
As you saw at the demo of Andias in Dagstuhl GESIS is working in the
MISSY II project (based on DDI 3.0) on a custom DDI 3.0 editor and on a
custom web visualization tool for the German Microcensus. The
predecessor information system MISSY I (based on DDI 2.1) is available
at (only German):

(the URL is misleading, it is a production site).
I'm working on a new version of a on-line tabulation system Exanda. The
new version is based on DDI 3 documents and generates DDI 3 inline ncube
documents on the fly. The user-interface and the processing of the
metadata is internationalized. It is planned to present the new version
at IASSIST. A old version is available (only in German) with the German
Welfare Study:
