All notes and actions found in Mantis:

Arofan, Chris, and J were unavailable for call so we did not review Chris' 
model questions. We will start the discussion online to identify those 
items that raise additional discussion. All items will be reviewed during 
call if only to verify that online comments were clear for Chris.

Today's meeting addressed the following bugs: Schema structure group 192, 
189, 233 and Organization Scheme group 236

Bugs 192 and 236 were resolved (see ACTION note)
Bug 233 requires additional information which Achim will provide. Once 
this information is available 233 will go on the following weeks agenda.
Bug 189 has a recommended resolution. However, it needs to be reviewed by 
Arofan and J. If the decision is made to make no change we have requested 
that both the decision and justification be entered in Mantis so that we 
have a record of the decision to retain the status quo.
