[DDI-SRG] Updated 2.1 to 3.0 mapping ...the file :)

Hi Wendy

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to specify the problem.

I don't want to go into technical details here. I just want to
recall the findings of Dagstuhl. DDI 2.1 accomodated two things for
concepts, subjects, and keywords on the variable level:

1) Search on the variable level for concepts, subjects, and keywords 
across different studies.
2) Group the concepts, subjects, and keywords on the variable level
within a study into different groups of concepts, etc. (hierarchies).

As I remember correctly we agreed in Dagstuhl that these two things are 
not possible in DDI 3.0.

Maybe, I have overseen this section in your current mapping, but I could
not find it yet. Your help is highly appreciated.
