[DDI-SRG] Updated 2.1 to 3.0 mapping ...the file :)

Hi Georgios,

Please send me the details of the concept/keyword bug as you see it so I 
can make sure it is entered in the bug tracker correctly. We are in the 
process of reviewing bugs in TIC with the plan to present a 3.1 version 
prior to IASSIST. I'm also working on a rough draft of the concept, 
subject, keyword use and abuse which I will send to you and others from 
the workshop who were concerned with this, later in the week.
