[DDI-SRG] DDI Profile for applications

This was one of the original intents of the DDIProfile which if I recall 
were:

1) Inform people submitting documentation to a system what objects were 
supported, required, or had specific values

2) Inform people submitting to an Archive the required or recommended 
content of their documentation

3) To inform users of ones documentation regarding any special handling of 
objects (defaults, unused elements)

I think the point is we probably need to beef up the documentation on 
DDIProfile...which is a documentation bug.
