Resolved the following Bugs:

230, 210, 221, 226, 212, 242, 211, 198

212, 231, 232 was tentatively resolved after review by J

119 is tentatively resolved. Need to review and loosen up XHMTL to support 
commonly used tags. Restrict only those that cause problems like allowing 
Java script. Need to clarify specifics of what this covers.
