[DDI-SRG] Timing of Schema vote

I worry about getting people's attention at this time to get the 2/3
required yes vote, but see what others think. This is an expedited
review and vote, right? How long would we want voting to last?

Mary,

The delay was due to one of those perfect convergences of illness, work 
related demands, travel etc. It is ready to send you today (after the
TIC 
call). I'd just as soon get the voting done before IASSIST but will
check 
with the group during the call. Is that too close?
