I forgot one thing:
One person mentioned that the Directory Interchange Format (DIF) is
still heavily at the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences in Potsdam.
Is somebody aware that DIF is used in other places, where DDI can play a
role? Is a crosswalk from DIF to DDI an issue?
