[DDI-SRG] New tool for R to export DDI 3 from SPSS

We're pleased to announce the availability of a new tool for the R 
statistical package (http://www.r-project.org) to export DDI 3.0 
metadata from SPSS file. The utility was developed by Guido Gay from the 
Istituto Regionale di Ricerca della Lombardia (IReR) in Italy.
This is an initial release so your input / feedback would be most helpful.
