[DDI-SRG] odd thing with TIC site

Problem fixed...#^%$*&()_ microsoft. I went in and edited the html. I must 
have updated this at work at some time and now my older home version isn't 
making the updates in the same way when I use the Word interface. 
AGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH   ok I'm calm now :)
