[DDI-SRG] mantis updated

I have updated all bugs discussed today annotating and moving to resolved 
as needed. I have also, in response to an email from Sanda, entered and 
resolved bug 190 changing AnalysisUnit from CodeType (which is an element 
used in control construct routing) with CodeValueType (allowing for use of 
a controlled vocabulary...which is what it was intended to be initially).
