[DDI-SRG] Repeatable LogicalProduct in PhysicalStructure

true, the logical record rference is a bit of overkill. Referencing the 
logicalrecord should provide the link. I don't know if the purpose of this 
element (logicalproductreference) was to note the logicalproduct that the 
logicalrecord was contained in OR  to identify the logical products whose 
contents were represented in the logical record in question. It could just 
be a hold over from earier versions. We may want to add it as something to 
look at for 3.1 when we review at some point for superfelous (sp) 
elements. Right now it may be of use to people with the second definition.
