[DDI-SRG] Question on byte order in ProprietaryRecordLayout and/or binary data formats

Pascal,

This is correct, thanks.

Then it should stay just below RecordLayout, where CharacterSet is 
defined. Also just below ProprietaryRecordLayout.

What do you think?
