[DDI-SRG] Question on byte order in ProprietaryRecordLayout and/or binary data formats

Pascal,

would byte order (endianess) be important for ProprietaryRecordLayout 
and/or binary data formats? This can be important in special cases or am 
I wrong?

If it is required, a sub-element ByteOrder (bigEndian, littleEndian, 
middleEndian) below r:DataFormat should be added.
