[DDI-SRG] [DDI 3.0 0000120]: Origin of XHTML XML Schema files must be exactly referenced

Hi J,

OK, so this version is used:
Modularization of XHTML 1.0 - Second Edition
W3C Working Draft 18 February 2004

Current version is:
http://www.w3.org/TR/2006/WD-xhtml-modularization-20060705
(the last version is available always as:
http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml-modularization/)
XHTML Modularization 1.1
W3C Working Draft 5 July 2006

It should be probably changed to the latter version (both are formally 
drafts.

Please document the exact version and origin in the DDI XHTML XML Schema 
files (it should be also documentation in the documentation where XHTML 
is mentioned). The DDI XHTML XML Schema files are:
ddi-xhtml11.xsd
ddi-xhtml11-model-1.xsd
ddi-xhtml11-modules-1.xsd

You are right, xhtml-charent-1.xsd must be again modified, so the 
references to the entity files are local.
