The following list of bugs are unresolved. Some have proposed solutions 
others do not. PLEASE review these and note which of those with proposed 
solutions have ACCEPTABLE solutions so we can move these to resolved.

For those without solutions there is generally a question or multiple 
approaches. PLEASE add your comments to these or at least let us decide 
which of these really need further discussion.

BUGS with clear proposed solution:
120, 119, 118, 115, 114, 113, 112, 111, 110, 109, 107, 102

BUGS that seem to have questionable proposed solutions ("if needed..."):
96/98 106

Note that currently unresolved BUGS may or may not get into CR-3 depending 
on Arofan's work schedule. We need to get this out the door by Feb 11. 
Others will be resolved and updated in real time.
