Just wanted to let you know that I have done extensive review on this and 
have a suggested set of solutions. unforntunately its on my machine at 
home so I'll send it out tonight. Mostly wanted Achim to know so he could 
choose to continue his own assessment or or wait til I send this out 
tonight and react.
