I was waxing lyrical about cubes and attributes and dimensions then finished

Achim,
I agree we need it to be clean and clear without being redundant. I'll
look at this also. I can concentrate on this today...as we need to get
these nailed down sooner rather than later. I see it as a good sign that
we are dealing with the gorry details of very specific situtions rather
than structural things. I think we can solve these, or maybe SDMX already
has and we can borrow. Getting it out on the list is the best approach at
this point.
