[DDI-SRG] Ok we lost everyone but Arofan

I'm going to write these three items up as explicitly as I can and send 
them out for comment...paricularly comment from Achim to make sure I have 
them described correctly. This will include alternative solutions. If we 
can get this discussed on-line that would be great. If not they will be on 
next weeks agenda.
