[DDI-SRG] Bug 81 is confused

Folks:

 

Bug 81 requests changes to an element called
"ExternalInterviewerInstruction" where no such element exists - there is
only an element which is a reference to an ExternalInterviewerInstruction.

 

Does anyone remember what was wanted here? I gather that the idea was to add
a controlled vocabulary to Interviewer Instructions, in which case this
could be done for both internal and external ones. Is there really a use
case for this?
